Here’s how it works: The enclosed
fee schedule shows the usual and customary fees for most
procedures in your field of specialty (a complete fee
schedule may be downloaded from our website). You will
notice that the fee schedule also has columns ranging from
95% down to 65% of the usual and customary fees. You decide
what fee you are willing to accept for your services and
complete the contract. We then list your practice on our
website with the fees that you will be accepting for AHE
patients. The patients present to your office with an ID
card that is also a debit card linked to the patient’s
health savings account. You do not have to verify patient
participation in our network. If they have the debit card
and it processes, they are a member. You treat the patient,
the patient pays, and both you and the patient are satisfied
with the ease of the experience. It’s that simple!
At this time, AHE is offering you the opportunity to become
one of our first providers. We are currently finalizing
contract negotiations with a company that specializes in
managing HSA accounts and plan to be working with them by
the end of the year. Once that happens, all patients that
are enrolled in that network will be made aware of your
services and participation in AHE. Additionally, we will be
negotiating with various other networks in the near future.
