How the Program Works for patients/consumers.
Once you have enrolled in AHE, you will be given an ID card
that will also function as a debit card from your HSA
account. This will also tell our providers that you are
eligible for the AHE discount. You will then be given a
password to search our website and find the provider you
want to see based on your criteria; price, location, etc.
You then contact the provider and schedule an appointment.
When you present to their office simply show them your AHE
card. Once your discounted charges have been determined,
they will process your payment and you are done. No claim
forms, no billing, just an easy transaction. It’s really
that easy.
